When our troubleshooters are sent in and take a look under the hood of any business, we find that most problems fall into one of three areas. Either a People, a Process or a System problem. With this in mind we work with the 'Who', the 'What' and the 'How' to find a solution.

Our ‘Train your Trainers’ philosophy, simply put means that Resolver trains key personnel within your company, who are then responsible for setting up a system to train the End Users. Any new people joining your company would have easy access to all the SOP’s and User journeys needed to do their job, eliminating the need for expensive external training.
